This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The item was too small. I attempted multiple times to get info on how to return for an exchange. They offered to aend me $15 instead of processing an exchange. Then they said I could return the items, but that it was too expensive for them to provide a return label. They provided an address in China to return items and said once their warehouse notified them of receiving the items they would refund.
