Alarmed they had the last 4 digits of my ssn, (which we did not confirm) but the other information they had was not accurate. Kept threatening I was going to court if I did not pay the $600 mediation. They mentioned I owed money on a loan, which is incorrect as we frequently check our credit report and there was no loan that has been taken out.
