Went through cheapflights.com to search deals for flights to Florida…was directed to foggyfly with deal for 761.00 for 4 people…no mention of any additional charges…was to be southwest flight who doesn’t charge baggage till May. Was told receive email confirmation within 24 hours…received email in 1 hour stating two attempted phone calls had been made with no answer…no calls came in to my phone! I called the number and after wife had researched the company finding very awful reviews from people being ripped off and frauded! I was sick to my stomach making the call and expecting the worst! It happened when I called..I got the same run around that every other complainant has gotten! I asked just to get a refund and they stated it can’t happen…they stated I needed to pay an extra 1200 on top of the original amount! I stated when I hit the submit button there was no mention anywhere of extra charges or charged for baggage’s! They even had it to where to of my family would not be able to fly back with us! A debate ensued and nothing was getting accomplished bc they demanded more money! The company appears to be of Asian accent and I’m sure it is offshore somewhere! This company needs shut down and charges brought against them! Also cheap flights.com needs to be investigated and or put on notice! Please get the Feds involved to investigate this company as many more people are gonna succumb to the fraud and lose money!!!
