My husband and I bought a kitten from Meow Paws heaven and decided to get it shipped because we lived in Florida and the kitten was claim to be in Texas after paying the Meow paws heaven, the shipping company associated with Meow Paws Heaven contacted us about the kitten and that it was required for the kitten to travel in thermal crate because of safety standards which was $1299, also said it was refundable, we paid then they sent us a tracking number which lead us to their website and the information but it said they were shipping the kitten from Baltimore, Maryland which was odd because the breeder said they were in Texas. We preceded to wait for them to respond when they sent us another email asking for 1k for insurance which they also said was refundable at that point I was fed, the shipping guy called claiming that his name is mark and that they have the kitten and just need us to pay for the insurance and I said no I’m not spending no more money to cancel the shipping and that I will book a flight to Baltimore get the kitten myself and he said okay and that I will get my money back when the shipper pick up the kitten. Contacted the Meow paws heaven told them to go get the kitten and that I will come to Baltimore to pick up the kitten myself and they said okay. I went to Baltimore, went to the meeting spot we agreed on and no one showed up and I never got the kitten nor my money back
