My wife thought she was at a legit site, that has a similar name, but she ended up on Helens Gems. She purchased a few pieces of jewelry. They were delivered from a foreign country, not the US. The pieces of jewelry were junk, not hand made. The site states that there is a no questions asked return policy for 30 days. Upon requesting a refund she was given an offer of 30% off to buy more junk. This was declined. Next offer was to get 50% off buying more junk. Declined also. We were then told to actually get our money back could cost up to $50 because we would have to have the items shipped to Poland, yes Poland. Communication seems to have ended, but I'm still trying to get our money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with Helens Gems. Total ripoff, scam company.
