I was contacted by a sales rep from this company, They offered "Brother" brand printer ink for my office at a discounted price. I decided to give them a try... after receiving the ink it was in fact NOT a "Brother" brand but rather a knock off no name brand. I told them that I couldn't use the generic ink in my company printers. They proceeded to send me another shipment, I tried to return the unopened shipment they sent back to them and was denied the return. They invoiced me and there was conflict about rather I should have to pay for a product I cannot use and have been refused the right to return, and most importantly DID NOT ORDER!. I was contacted by their sales rep and told that I agreed to that 2nd shipment (I DID NOT!)... after much back and forth about the open invoice, my company paid reluctantly to get this company to stop harassing us. I was told after I paid that invoice they would stop contacting me..... 03/03/2025 I was contacted AGAIN and asked if I was ready for the shipment of ink (3rd shipment) I told them NO! I did not want the 2nd shipment and after everything they put me through with the 2nd shipment and payment I was told they would not be contacting me again. This sales rep that I talked to said that Im obligated to accept this 3rd shipment as I have agreed to it.... WHEN?!?!?! I asked the sales rep to provide me with proof of when I agreed to this shipment.... He could only yell back to me that I agreed and they are sending the product...and invoice rather I want it or not. To say I Am disgusted with this company's sales tactics is in the least impressive. I would appreciate it if this company would never ever contact me or my business again. I also warn other companies to not fall for this scam!
