I made a purchase which I did receive but the sizing was way off so I reached out to return the items and it took weeks for a response but they said they would send me new items. It has been months now and I haven’t received the new items and I cannot get a response over email or social media. My comments on social media and their website keep getting deleted and I have emailed multiple times.
