Description
I placed an order on 1/28/25. On Jan 31st I was notified that my order had shipped. It never came and I have made numerous attempts to contact them and they kept saying it was lost in transit. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and they said they would forward my request to a manager. It is now almost 2 months later and I still do not have a refund issued and no product in hand. They asked me this morning to accept a 50% refund for no product. Complete scam.
