Description
The letter received knew our lenders info our potential property code number. Used our lenders name in the letter to make it appear official, i'm sure without written consent. Claiming we need to contact them immediately. I played along with it and called the number 18887517775 and the lady on the phone was incredibly hostile towards me, claiming they knew who I was, where I lived and had every right to badger clients into a fake home warranty. They also included an Allocated Waiver in the amount of $199 that we would be responsible for directly out of our account.
