Description

I call d&r garage door repair to come give an estimate for a garage door opener installation. A man in an unmarked vehicle, with no uniform showed up. He pressured me into buying an opener and wouldn’t leave until I agreed. After a few minutes I had follow up questions because I was suspicious and he became angry and started slamming his equipment and told me I was crazy. He was verbally combative and aggressive. I called the company to report him and they advised a manager would call me. The same man that showed up then called me to yell at me for calling the company and said I was a liar and cheat. I told him to not contact me or I would report him for harassment. He then texted me and began telling me I was an idiot some more.
