I found the company Boasready Clothing Line through TikTok and Instagram. From the model and pictures shown on the website, I decided to buy 2 3XL shirts 1 shirt was a design of Kobe Bryant and the other shirt had an LA design on it. The total price I paid for the 2 shirts was $53.84. I placed the order on 2/16/25 and hadn't received a tracking number from the company, so I decided to reach them through the email provided on their website ([email protected]). I reached out on 3/2/2025 and asked if I could have my tracking number. They replied on 3/3/25 with the tracking information. I received the package on 3/11/2025. I opened the package and I was utterly disappointed in the material and design of the shirt itself. You can see that the shirt and design were knockoffs due to the pixelated image on the shirt. The material of the shirt is not at all what the description says on the website. The material of the shirt is the lowest quality you can think of. I immediately contacted them through their customer service email and explained to them that the shirts I received were nothing like what I had seen on their website. They replied and asked if I could send them pictures of the shirt and so I did. Then they replied, "Dear customer, according to the picture you provided, there seems to be no problem with the products, please keep the product." I was infuriated because you can see in the pictures its a completely different shirt. I had asked in multiple emails that I wanted to return the product and get my money back but they kept refusing to do so. Please help me, I work hard for my money and I can't believe I got scammed.
