Description

The purchase was made via website on the site Xsolla, the purchase says it went through. Afterwards an email was received saying purchase was made, but then when logging into the game, the purchased in game credentials was not in the player's account. The in game pack was specified $100.00, the tax and such was already in the amount. As the player reports the purchase problem, the Xsolla company says "purchase was clearly made, it is placed in the purchase history, although you did not receive said purchase in your account. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this, and will refund the money straight away" afterwards during the waiting time, the money not only did not return. But reporting the issue to the in game creators themselves also said "purchase is officially in the purchase history, however! the card was instantly blocked with no reason whatsoever, as it is under Xsolla company that has caused the problem." So in this state of problems, Xsolla states in their legal agreements "safe purchasing, no problems" yet people have been losing moeny from purchasing online through this Xsolla company, and every game allowing this purchase system through their games are scamming and not legally working correctly for many gamers. And I'd like to point out, that no matter how many reports have been sent to the game creators themselves, they still never decide to team up with a different payment team besides Xsolla no matter the argumented staetments of Xsolla scamming credit cards and ruining many gamers days.
