I ordered 3 dresses and a necklace offline from this company. This company has been highly promoted on social media. In the pictures and videos these dresses look beautiful. When I finally received the merchandise, because it came from China, which I did not know, I received completely different dresses than I ordered. They were not what is advertised on their website or their social media. They are made out of cheap Halloween costume material, tacky, and nothing I would ever choose. When I contacted the company to return them to get my money back, they stated I would have to send them back at my own expense and pay shipping to China! And then what? Never get my money back and it's still not resolved? If a company makes a mistake and sends the wrong items, they should make it right. Send the correct ordered items with a postage paid package to return the others. But no, I emailed them again saying that I don't believe that I should be responsible for paying shipping to China when they are the ones that made the mistakes. I told them that I just want my money back. I've never heard back from them since. It's a complete scam. Now in the comments of the videos from social media there are tons of complaints like mine. They need to be stopped, they're just ripping people off.
