Received a letter today (3/10/25) from Filing Assistance Services out of Princeton, FL stating that my business "may be required to display an updated Labor Law Poster at my workplace." and it "may need a Certificate of Status (also known as a Certificate of Good Standing) to verify your entity's compliance with state requirements". It goes on to say that failure to comply with these requirements can result in fines UP TO 7,000 or impact your ability to conduct business seamlessly. Needless to say, I put a rather "kind" message suggesting they get a real job and stop scamming people on the return slip and sent it back to them. Doubt the message will do much good but it made me feel better. :)
