I received a letter through USPS from Legacy Medical Supplies, 40 SE 5th Street, STE 402, Boca Raton, FL 33432. When I looked up the address online for the company, the suite number listed online is #420, not #402. There is no return address on the envelope, only a stamped name of "Legacy Medical Supplies, HealthcareEssentials". This letter was addressed to my business, dated 1/30/25, and states "Order Form" at the top with a quote for medical supplies for $1,378.00 with free FedEx shipping. At the bottom of the order form is a payment slip to cut away and mail a payment to the company. I called the number listed, 1-866-483-MEDI, and the gentleman asked for the ID number at the top of the form, and stated "This is a quote for medical supplies. If you do not approve of the quote given and to not wish to order, then just throw it in the garbage. I must go now, I have another call. Goodbye."
