Complaint Against Diamandia – Non-Delivery of Purchased Item and Lack of Response I am filing a complaint against Diamandia for failure to fulfill an order, provide accurate shipping updates, and respond to multiple attempts at communication. On February 16, 2025, I placed an order for a body gua sha tool through Diamandia’s website. However, after three weeks with no shipping confirmation, I reached out to the company on March 3, 2025, to inquire about my order. In response, Diamandia claimed that my order had been shipped. However, as of March 10, 2025, tracking details on Shop and USPS indicate that the package has not been received by USPS—suggesting that the company never actually shipped my item. Additionally, I have attempted to contact Diamandia multiple times via email and Instagram for an update or resolution, but the company has been completely unresponsive. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase, as Diamandia has failed to deliver the item as promised and has not provided any means of customer support. Their lack of communication and misleading shipping claims are unacceptable. I would appreciate any assistance from the BBB in resolving this matter. If Diamandia does not provide a resolution, I believe it is important for other consumers to be aware of their questionable business practices. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
