Description
An advertisement appeared as a Wayfair ad for a kitchen cabinet on Facebook Marketplace. It appeared legit until I got the e-mail "confirming" my purchase, which was not really a confirmation. There was nothing in the body of the e-mail about an order, just "Welcome to Vineyard Vines" (which is a clothing store) and "hope you enjoyed the experience." There was a "Support" link but that doesn't go anywhere. The withdrawal from my bank came from "Ohmmi - Singapore" for $53.90. There was then another $.54 withdrawal for an "International Fee." I went to the link again a couple days later (I had sent it to my husband), and it says "This site can't provide a secure connection and that it uses an "unsupported protocol." I am canceling my card and filing a fraud complaint with my bank.
