It was December 29th, 2024 when I was on Pinterest website and came across a advertisement discounting after Christmas holiday decorations. The item of interest was a 8-ft tall nutcracker with lights and music for $59. I checked the site and I had no bag outcomes using Pinterest. I immediately noticed that the inventory was moving fast, I decided to make a purchase. I paid with my credit card and a email was later confirming payment. Noted delivery in 4-6 weeks. Once again they asked for tracking information and what vendor was used to send the item. At that point I decided to request a refund in regards to the transaction. Needlessly to say they ask could they research the information again. I stated no and would like to have a refund in that of two weeks. As of today I haven't had not heard or receive any from from the company. My purpose of filing this complete is that other to love the holiday seasons and thinking they are ordering and getting buys offline please beware.company. as of today they are still advertising on pinterest.
