The correct website for sending commissary packages to inmates in Miami Dade County Florida is icaregifts.com. This fraudulent website is icare.gifts. And it took $131 with $.96 from us. We were just trying to send a commissary package to my sister-in-law. I have never done this before so it was an easy target and the people who run this website know it. The LLC allegedly is ICGS.
