Description
A vague letter that had to be torn on its perforated sides. It looked like a check envelope. The scammer signed the name Carla Taylor and offered a travel and excursion event including free hotel, restaurant dining and flights. The Hampton Inn and logo are used with a disclaimer in fine print.
