I order some makeup which I normally don’t do let alone on a platform, but while I was tracking it I realized the address they sent it to was wrong, called them to inform them of the mixup. Next thing I know I getting charged for something I did not order, and they didn’t ask me to use my card info again, plus i opted in for the insurance just in case because my address has caused me problems because I can only get mail through the post office because we are far out I have many emails asking them to fix their mistake and they are acting like I signed up for some membership which I did not. This worries me like they are going to keep stealing money.
