There is full blown fraud happening with Ticketsmarter event sales. They promote tickets to events on Facebook and use Ticketmaster as the attracting link and then when you click the date and time, it directs you to their site, you fraudulently are led to purchase tickets, and they wait until the day of the show and tell you the seller does not have them and they force you into seats with obstructed views or refuse to offer seats in general and do not deliver the original product. They have left hundreds of people in the lurch without tickets, some who spend thousands of dollars to travel out of town. I spent $2,000 to travel to Denver; Colorado and they never sent the tickets that were purchased and forced us to accept obstructed view tickets when we requested a refund. This is a full bait and switch operation. I see hundreds of complaints adding up online detailing identical situations and I would like to report this to get them stopped. Can someone please reply to let me know if any action is taken? [email protected], 307-287-7081
