Description
I placed an order of $42.82 on January 21st, 2025. I was promised the package within 3 weeks. Upon tracking website stating package was delivered, I checked the package room to see nothing waiting. I asked neighbors and the front desk, but no one had any information. I gave them benefit of doubt and asked for it to be resent while looking for the initial package. March 5th comes by, and I get the indication on the new tracking website that my package is delivered. Still nothing. I contact their customer service team and ask for a refund, as nothing is coming my way. They refuse the refund and states "company loss is too harsh from the missing product." I respond asking for the refund, and they say they can do 70%. This is not what was agreed upon, as the site states refunds are due upon 30 days of receiving package - which package was never received and is due the refund. No man made damages were subject to the package, as it never touched it's delivery destination, thus requiring the refund to be issued to the consumer. I am currently seeking information for postal couriers, neighbors, and any outside help needed to get this resolved.
