I work for this company Zalando. It’s an online job platform that gives you 38 set of orders to process each day. Once in a while some of the orders appear incomplete showing negative amount that we agents put in buying crypto or wiring it to their chase bank account to enable us to complete the order. So on completion of all the 38 orders you withdraw all the commissions and whatever amount you put in. I completed all my orders and now I wanted to withdraw my money, they put a restriction on my account by lowering my credit score 96 %. So withdrawal is only possible with a 100% credit score, otherwise you can’t. Now they want me to pay $1500 to fix the credit score saying I didn’t complete the orders on time. It doesn’t make sense because after paying that money it will be returned in my account. I agreed and sent the money and their staff disappeared with it. So they said I should pay again because she never submitted that money. So I am arguing with them for a month and now they asked me to stop sending them messages because am not an employee of the company.
