Ordered a flyhugz neck pillow for my wife and when received several weeks later it was obviously too large to fit her neck. The space between her head and shoulders is 2 inches or less and the pillow is bigger than that. Tried to call numerous times and left messages and sent emails but as of today NO ONE has ever responded. How can you talk to them when they won't answer the phone or return your calls or emails?
