Description
Ad on Facebook appeared to be 32 Degrees company. Placed order. Email confirmation came from soft whimsy. I outreached to them requesting refund as I feared a scam. Many emails back and forth, very unprofessional. Told me order shipped. Tracking shows delivery 2/28/25. Never received. Said refund was successful on 2/10/25. Ive not seen refund to my card. More emails. Do NOT fall for this scam!
