I bought a 44mm GPS + Cellular refurbish apple watch from plug via TikTok shop around Christmas time. Payment was made partial using TikTok shop credit (~USD 150.00) and rest using PayPal (~USD 30.00). Plug sent 40 mm only GPS refurbish apple watch long time after the day they promised. When we complained of receiving the wrong product and requested to send the right product. They requested to return the wrong product and promised to send the right product. We returned as soon as possible thinking that they are a decent business. They got the product back but didn't honor what they promised and never send the right product and refund the money (~$30.00) but not the Tik Tok store credit. They made use to return the item with wrong promised and made us waste the TikTok shop credit. I attached many the evidence showing how they trick us. I hope you will take necessary action against this business that is based on dishonesty. It is important to mention that I bought the watch for my kid, and he is heart broken by the dishonest Plug.
