Description

I booked a hotel through this company and the hotel room was extremely dirty. I talked to the front desk since we did not stay at the hotel and they refunded the money back to Traveluro who I booked the stay from. I have contacted Traveluro approximately 10 times in the last week and they have not refunded any money and refuse to let me speak to a manager or representative from the company apart from their intake team who will not give me any information.
