Description

It's a bait and switch scam. They bait you online with low air fares. Then they call you up and say the ticket is not available but for more money you can get the tickets you wanted. If you don't agree to the change and upsell then they hold your money hostage telling you that there are no refunds, you must agree to pay thousands more or you will lose your money and get nothing. I got no email confirmation and the pending transaction claims to be from the airline but I believe it is not because the airline can find no information about any booking.
