Description

I was on Facebook. I was looking for legit job offers. When I see one for Macy's. The job description stated: I would be basically the middle man between the buyer and seller. Making sure the order is filled and sent to the right person. I press the " I'm interested" button. So after I get a IM on my messenger from a Monika Romero. She states that she is a TIKTOK recruitment manager. And that they are looking part-time employees for Macy's online platform. Employee working part time work 30-60 minutes a day and get $100 a day. She messaged me a form asking my name, my age, my sex, and Whatsapp number. I provided the information. I then got a message on my Whatsapp. Her name was Sonia. She asked if I was interested in the Macy's job? I replied yes I was. She then goes on to tell me that the job I will be doing is nothing like the description I read on Facebook. She goes on to tell me that I would be writing reviews and giving 5 star ratings on products they tell me to. That I would be helping new merchants have a fighting chance in the market by giving false reviews and 5 star ratings. She goes on to send me a link to a Macy's website. I activated my account. She then goes on to tell me that they added $10.00 to my account. That I had to have $50 dollars in this account to be able to perform order tasks. She then wanted me to click the invite button on my Macy's account and give her the invite code that came up. She also tells me that I have to go through training. That during training 25% of commission will be returned to my account, which will provide me with the first starting capital. That once the commission earned on her account. My account would get 25%. Of what I don't know. I questioned her about the money that I would have to come out of pocket with. And starting capital of what. She responded in a very hostile way that they are a part of Macy's online order processing department. That they strictly regulated by the federal government and that they are completely legal and compliant.
