Description
Had a $16,700 charge show up on my health insurance from Gazar Recovery INC, noticed it by my EOB. Said it was for custom Thoracic braces, femur braces and Knee orthosis (KO), double upright, thigh and calf. I don't have issues with my back, legs or knees, and I have never heard of or been to Gazar Recovery. Thankfully my health insurance company denied the claim and I will be calling them to make sure nothing is paid to Gazar Recovery.
