I received poorly made clothing of very low quality that I wanted to return. I contacted the company as directed by their stated return policy and there was no response. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company and coveshe did contact me to offer me 10% of what I paid to return it. When I indicated that was not acceptable, and not in line with their stated policy, they again ignored me. Unfortunately, my credit card company found in their favor because coveshe never sent me an actual receipt.
