I placed an order on Feb 2, and was told I would receive the purchased item within 2-4 business days. I emailed them on Feb 10th to advise i had still not received item. I received this email: "Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to my attention. I truly apologize for the delay with your order placed on February 2nd. I understand your concern and frustration. I’ve already contacted our team to prioritize and expedite the shipment of your order as quickly as possible. I will follow up with you shortly to confirm the updated delivery timeline. If you'd still prefer a refund, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist you promptly. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Warm regards, Kindra Maxine" I then emailed then back on Feb 12 asking when would I receive the item, if i could not receive it by tomorrow the 13th then I would like a refund, no response from them. I emailed them again on the 14th and requested a refund. No response. I emailed them again on Feb 18th and advised them to issue a refund, or I would report to the BBB. They responded stating i should receive refund in 5 businessdsy days. Emailed them on the 20th to request refund, no response. I emailed them again on Feb 25th to request refund, no response. I have not receive neither the item nor the refund and it is March 1st. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
