Description
The email contained this message. "Your Total Defense plan has been activated for the selected Period, as you opted for automatic payments. Please note, the transaction may take some time to reflect on your Account." I called the number and told him I didn't order Total Defense and to cancel the subscription. He wanted access to my computer and when I refused he said he would charge me a $700.00 late fee if I didn't allow him access. So I told him I was going to report them and hung up.
