I'm writing again to ask for a refund for the service not provided by Priceline's associated company Route Car Rental. I have repeated countless times that the reservation was NOT canceled. The Route Car Rent tried to carry out a scam that I disagreed with. I made the reservation through your website, however, when I went to the company counter, my American driver's license was not accepted, and they tried to charge me an additional insurance fee equivalent to four times the daily price of the car rental.
