I ordered my Luxe hair growth serum on December 22nd. On December 23rd, the money was taken out of my bank account. I paid extra for 5-day express shipping. I've written numerous emails and keep getting told they are working on the ticket or that it is about to ship. The tracking link still shows it sitting at December 23rd stating "package is ready." It is now been 2 months and I still have not received my package. I was told I could get no refund until I received the package and shipped it back to them. Never again!

• Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
• Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
• Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
