Hello, My name is Asia Paynes. I am former employer at Sha's Organic Skincare Medspa! I am writing to ask that a fraud/scam investigation be conducted with this business. While working there for 9months, I saw alot of things that have ALL come to a head. - She does not file with MD unemployment agency properly for former employees to get benefits. -15 employees hired and fired in a 9 month period, sadly none of them claimed unemployment because she could have been stopped sooner. -Employees working on clients and they are not certified or licensed to do injections, IVs, body contouring or weight loss treatments. (Hawa & Samiah) - (pictures attached) -She uses fraudulent words when using clients FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) to justify using the untaxable monies for weight loss, which is against the law. -False claims of "organic" "raw" ingredients in the products she makes on her TikTok lives. She uses private label products from Alibaba and Aliexpress.(picture attached) (not a bad thing, just don't lie about it!) -sends weight loss syringes via mail to clients in and out of the country (which is illegal.) -She has become a TikTok influencer, speaking of "organic" products...products go outside of the standards of TikTok for using "bleaching, whitening" products. (filing a claim with them also). - she has made over $100,000. on TikTok Mega LIVES selling her products. (tiktok:@shasorganicskincarestore) - She uses the credentials of a Dr. Richard Cook, MD (picture attached) to cover some of her weight loss and body contouring services. (I have never seen him 1 day in the 9 months I worked there.) -Shes been known to purchase her injections materials from China and other foreign countries. Please make her allocate all of her finances, medical credentials and licensures that she and her staff carries. I can provide more information, employee names, client names and testimonials to prove that this is NOT a upstanding business in the community.
