I ordered clothing from a website that was disguised as Gerber Childrens Wear in November 2024. I received a confirmation email and it linked me to this website/store instead. http://chiccrushe.com/. I never received my merchandise, so I reached out to them in December 2024. They sent me a scam email with fake tracking information from some www.678.com tracking system and said it was delivered. They said they would resend it. I still didn't receive it by Jan 14, 2025, so I contacted them and asked for a refund. They asked me to accept a 60% or 70% refund, I said no. They said they would send me a 100% refund and it would take up to 25 business days to process. I never rceeived a refund. I decided to file a credit card dispute with my bank the same day and within a day or two my bank refunded me the money. They are a huge scam and they use multiple email addresses and websites to scam people. BBB and LE need ro shit down these websites!
