The person calls me on the phone with a 760-539-7048., Gerald White, name came up over the caller ID , the voice of an India male came over the phone and started to proceed to tell me that my internet has been compromise and do not use my internet. I hung up the phone before he could tell me to get gifts cards or anything. I called the cable company to change my password on Wi-Fi on my devices. the customer service person that helped me was of India descent. She helped me to change the password on my phone and TV. When I tried to sign on my Laptop I could not sign on. so I called the cable company *******, and they told me to call Dell to get someone to help me. At first the India tech told me it would be free., then he changed it saying something was wrong with my hard drive. He proceeded to tell me that it will cost 99.00 to get back my internet service and he sent me a link in which to pay for the service, but the link kept saying the link was an error. So I told him i told him it was fraud, The India tech told me check back an hour so I can pay for the service. I check back and proceeded to pay for the service and PayPal credit was how I paid for the service.
