They are advertising a Tela Health visit for my dog who had an ear infection. A person calls me from New York but was unable to give medication because it was a telehealth. It was supposed to cost $5. I was charge $35 for a monthly subscription. When you call to cancel the subscription, you get a recording and the same cancellation code (JA190193) as many other people complaining about the same activity. The complains online shows that they cancellation was never put inplace but continues to charge your bank account the monthly fee. Little did I know a Vet can NOT perform services via Telehealth like a MD.
