I called to ask for assistance with my I-phone the person on the phone identified their self as Allen James contact 774-385--0315 gave his id # as ap1026. The clients ask me to log on to a screen share session and ask what was my phone doing, to which I responded that my facial recognition was not working and the contact then requested for me to log on to cash app and send monies to an individual. They informed me that the funds would not come out of my account. I informed them that I was not comfortable doing this request and they said they are here to help me and again asked me to send monies to another induvial that would not go thru. The name came up as a reported scam. I informed them and they said yes but no money has left your account however I had transferred cash to the cash app. I ended the call and call cash app to get my money back. I hung up and they continue to call me back asking for me to let them complete the repair on my phone. I declined.
