This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This scammer made an email that indicated my email owed money and sent me an "invoice" from paypal using a false customer service number. I dont have a paypal account nor did they use identifiers such as my real name. Im fully aware its a scam but others may fall for it
