I purchased a name-brand Deer Run treadmill directly from their website, which claims to be a US company and boasts great reviews. The item I received was counterfeit and not at all the item pictured or purchased. It is a somewhat similar product but not the quality, brand or item number that I ordered and was shipped from China, not USA. I have attempted to contact the company for an explanation and they offered to send me a return label. However, this is a clear case of false advertising and deceptive business practices, which are not only unethical but also illegal. All of the order confirmation emails that I received are linked directly back to their website so, I know I wasn't scammed by a 3rd party claiming to be them. I have since read many reviews of similar experiences. This company is committing a crime.
