I placed an order for a leather jacket through the seller's website, but they never provided any shipping updates. After 12 days with no communication, I attempted to cancel the order. My first email to the seller bounced back, so I opened a claim through PayPal. Eventually, I found an alternative email and was able to reach the seller, but by then, the order had already shipped and could no longer be canceled. When the jacket arrived, it was immediately clear that it was not made of leather, as advertised. The material was cheap, the quality was poor, and it had a strong, unpleasant odor—making it practically unwearable. I contacted the seller multiple times (over four attempts) requesting return instructions and a full refund. Instead of addressing my request, the seller suggested that I "gift it to someone" and offered a discount on a different item. After refusing their offer and insisting on a refund, they responded with yet another offer: I could choose another item, but only if I posted a positive review of their store. This cycle repeated multiple times without any resolution. It became clear that they were merely pretending to engage in customer service while avoiding any actual refund. This seller is running a scam—misrepresenting their products, refusing returns, and using deceptive tactics to avoid accountability. They do not apologize or take responsibility. I strongly advise consumers to avoid this seller, as you will likely lose your money.
