Placed an order in Nov. 2024- order was not being shipped reached out and was able to cancel order but vendor only received 167 of $199 of an order never received. Vendor had stated that was due to running out of stock. Placed a second order 11/30/24 before I realized the full amount had not been credited back to my card, received a part of the order - ordered 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases for $142.88- only received 2 pillows which were the wrong ones and no pillow cases. Reached out numerous times and received same message back "We are genuinely sorry to hear that the pillows were not a good fit for you. As a valued customer, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. We would like to extend you a one time offer of 50% refund on your order and you can keep the pillows. This is a one time offer and not part of our returns policy. Thanks so much for being part of the FluffCo family and please let us know which one would you prefer. I look forward to your response. " I replied that the issue was that I never received the full order and it was the wrong order and would like to return for a refund the site for returns is disabled and an address to send returns is nowhere in emails or on the site.
