Received letter from Home Warranty Department requiring immediate response. Letter stated my home warranty was not up to date and this was my final attempt to notify me. I spoke to the company twice and in both instances the person was rude and arrogant. The letter listed multiple examples of what I need to be covered - ranging from $140 to $7,134. The letter had my name and address - and even listed my mortgage lender (they used the wrong name). They could not tell my my real lender, or whether or not I had insurance ort whether it was valid. This is a scam. They stated they were going to "red flag" my account and notify my lender. I terminated the call.
