I recieved a phone call from 3479871835, gentleman identified him self as David, and claimed to be on a recorded line. 115pm He claimed he was from the Capital One Fraud Protection dept. He asked about a chagrr of 799.99 made Feb 2nd. HE Attempted to Verify my information and have both my SSN and Birthday date He said he was going to send me a Verification code via text and asked me too read it to him. That when i end the call. Her did call.me again at 430 pm.
