THE ADD SAID REDUCE YOUR POWER BILL BY 70% BY USING THESE POWER SAVERS. THERE WAS INFORMATION ON THE SIZE OF THESE UNITS AND BUILT IN SAFTY. ALSO HOW AND WHERE TO INSTALL UNITS. A DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED IF ORDER WAS PLACED THAT DAY. I DID GET A MESSAGE THAT THE ORDER HAD SHIPPED AND THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS #5028277. WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER NUMBER(S) I GOT A RECORDING THEN PLACED ON HOLD, AFTER ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES TOLD TO LEAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER SO A REP. COULD CALL BACK. THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED.
