I ordered online UltraQuick Keto+ACV gummies. I thought I was only ordering a one time delivery but found out the next month that it was subscription so it cost me more than what I signed up for. I emailed buyuqketo to find out how to return the 3 bottles and to cancel my subscription which they charged me for 2 months. They cancelled the 2nd subscription and provided the return address. I tracked it and found that the USPS could not deliver it because the building was vacant so it returned to me. I called their customer service and requested the address. It was the same address only I needed to add Sorty Returns to it which the email did not give me. I talked to 2 different people and they confirmed the return address even after I looked it up on Google Maps and the photo showed no entrance or signage for Sorty Returns. I sent it again and now it is coming back to me again because the tracking says vacant. I emailed them again and called but they keep insisting that this is the correct address. They told me to keep the returning 3 bottles and refunded just one subscription. The address was 129-20B 20th Ave Unit B. College Point NY 11356. Is this a scam or is this place really vacant? Can you help me?
