Description
Ordered jewellry online after clicking through email ad/offer, with shipping offered between 5-10 days after order placed, up to an extra 10 days. Great. Easy. I received a notice on Jan 03 that my order was on its way. After a week of no other updates, I send an email to customer service. No reply. I send another. No reply. I send an Instagram direct message. No reply. Finally, on Jan 23, they say "sorry, there's been some delays!" via their customer service reply. I email back the same day asking for updated tracking/delivery info and expected delivery date. No reply. I reach out five days later, again. No reply. Another 5 days, another email I send, another non-reply. So now It's Jan 31 and my order, which was supposed to have arrived already, hasn't even been confirmed or verified, but I'm out $221. I go to their Instagram page to leave a public comment, asking that I now just want to cancel my order and receive a refund and how to go about it — and then I see it. Tons of other users' comments about how they also never received their orders and how this company is a scam.
